Today, a new Express Entry draw for Provincial Nominee Program candidates sent out 648 permanent residency invitations. The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) cutoff score rises by 48 points to 791 as compared to the previous PNP draw on October 7. Previously, an Express Entry draw issued 1,000 invitations to apply (ITAs) for permanent residency.
