Today, a new Express Entry draw for French Language Proficiency candidates sent out 6,500 permanent residency invitations. The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) cutoff score dropped by 38 points by to 428 compared to the previous French on December 3rd. Previously, an Express Entry draw issued 646 invitations to apply (ITAs) for permanent residency.
