Gautham Kolluri is the Director and Founder of Gautham Kolluri Immigration Services Inc DBA CIP Immigration, a licensed RCIC Consultant, and a recognized leader in international education, student recruitment, and youth exchange. Formerly, he represented the international departments of Mohawk and Conestoga Colleges in Canada. Over his career, Gautham has traveled to 30 countries for professional purposes.

Gautham first came to Ukraine in 1993, at age 19, with no prior knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian. He graduated from Vinnitsa State Medical University M. Pirogov as a Doctor of Medical Sciences. In the challenging environment of post-Soviet Ukraine, he worked actively as a student to support Ukrainian students in organizing study abroad opportunities and participating in international exchange programs.
